Terms of Service – FUERTE

By shopping with FUERTE, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through the FUERTE online store. FUERTE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

2. Orders and Agreement

A purchase agreement is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email. FUERTE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the case of a pricing error, an item being out of stock, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK, including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is charged or reserved when the order is placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. FUERTE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delays by shipping carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and is described in full in our [Return Policy]. In short, you have 14 days from receiving your item to withdraw from the purchase.

6. Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can assist with a complaint, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to FUERTE and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FUERTE is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of its products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies.
