Cancellation Policy – FUERTE

We understand that plans can change. Below you'll find the terms for cancelling your order with FUERTE.

Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at maregamohammed3@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll cancel the order and refund the full amount within 14 days.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Instead, please refer to our [Return Policy] — you're welcome to return the item under those terms once you've received it.

We'll confirm the cancellation by email and process your refund

Refunds for Cancellations

Once a cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions

Orders for custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
