We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it under the conditions below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to give any reason.
Return Conditions
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached
Original packaging should be included where possible
A receipt or order confirmation must be included with the return

We'll send you instructions and a return address
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us
Refunds
Once we've received and approved the return, we'll refund the full amount, including original shipping (if the entire order is returned), within 14 days via the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Exceptions
Items marked as Final Sale or custom/special-order products cannot be returned.
