Here you'll find information about how we handle shipping and delivery of your order.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, after which the carrier's delivery time applies, typically 2–5 business days within Sweden.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to [list countries, e.g. Sweden and the rest of the Nordics]. Contact us if you'd like to order to a country not listed at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. Please contact us if your delivery is significantly delayed and we'll help look into it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within a reasonable time at maregamohammed3@gmail.com and we'll help with a claim or a replacement delivery.
