At FUERTE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at maregamohammed3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at maregamohammed3@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
